You might have heard the saying over the years, “Walk Disney World is the happiest place on earth”. It may have been however now its number two. There’s a new number one, the happiest place on Earth is Collins Dental Center. I know, I know, I know. You’re probably thinking, “Scotty I know at least 212 other places that are a lot more fun than a dentist’s office. In fact, this seems so ludicrous that you’re actually contemplating whether or not you should watch the rest of the video. Indulge me for a couple of minutes and you’ll see why the team at Collins Dental Center is nothing short of spectacular.
I thought this was PHENOMENAL!! He asked a professional opening in a conversational way that asked for permission to talk to continue the conversation and gave me a value as to why we should continue talking. This was excellent! What a change from the way companies usually ask you questions, where they product puke all over you without any concern whatsoever to ask you a couple of questions to find out what is important to you.
So if you ask your customers what it is that you could do better or what things are causing them a little bit of friction when you're doing business together and you put some policies and procedures in to eliminate them you'll be able to differentiate your brand from the competition and in the meantime and in the long run you'll be able to debilitate the competition
So whether it's an extra bag of snacks on the airplane or the full can of soda instead of a small glass. Or if you're creating a random act of kindness by going above and beyond and exceeding a client's expectations, you will see a measured increase in your client loyalty and client retention.
This entire event was great the customer service was spectacular the experience was excellent, and the convenience was lightning fast, and it felt like it was customized specifically for me. By having these four components in your business you will be able to stand out instead of blending in from your competition.
